the message headers. It does this all in one pass of your file based
on how you set up the configuration file. Registered users get the
added convenience of being able to send different criteria to the same
newsgroup file {ex, you can have several email addresses going to
penpals.dlu}.

Changes: Added ability to have NTLServ process other dlu files if
they have an associated .ntl file that is
configured just like ntlserv.cfg.
ntls35.zip has replaced ntls31.zip.
